The orginal Lori Morris coastal painting for this giclee is called “Blessed Arbutus".  The location of the reference photo for the painting was taken from the water, inside of Smuggler's Cove on the Sunshine Coast BC.  It was a still, sunny day and since the cove was in shade, it created a lovely, still reflection on the calm coastal water beneath the madrona tree.  The hint of aqua sky and the misty trees in the background of this painting, add to its charm.  The giclee is printed on a 24″ x 36″ stretched canvas and is ready to hang.  Lori Morris is a BC artist, a landscape painter from Canada.
